In her role as Property Manager, Melissa is responsible for coordinating daily building and residential maintenance for Chicago and Evanston properties. She is an accomplished Manager, offering 7 years of experience in condo management. Prior to joining North Park Ventures, she provided management services on the North side of Chicago to a variety of different clients. Melissa is known for her dedication and consistency. Whether rain or shine, she carries a great attitude and work ethic and strives to better the properties she manages.
