Emily Kerns

SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

In her role as Senior Accountant, Emily is responsible for overseeing the accounting of the operating entities and portfolio properties. Prior to joining North Park Ventures, Emily was a Senior Accountant at Kemper Insurance and gained experience with statutory accounting and reporting. Prior to Kemper Insurance, she was working at the National Association of Realtors and handled the accounting and reporting for the Realtors PAC and other groups. Emily has been interested in real estate and very involved in her aunt's rental properties for 8 years and owns her own duplex rental property. Emily received her CPA in September of 2021 and graduated with her B.S. in Accounting from The Ohio State University in 2017.
