Associate Director of Accounting

As Associate Director of Accounting, Danielle oversees property accounting operations for North Park Ventures’ nationwide portfolio, ensuring accurate financial reporting, designing and implementing resource-saving processes, and supporting the in-house property and asset management teams in optimizing performance. With over a decade of real estate experience, Danielle brings a deep understanding of the day-to-day operations of investment properties and a passion for the industry. Outside of her accounting responsibilities, Danielle enjoys organizing company outings and events that bring together NPV’s hard-working team and was excited to be involved in the design of the firm’s new office space in West Town. Danielle received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Kansas (Rock Chalk!) and is known for her attention to detail and positive attitude. After work, you can find Danielle spending time with her husband and Golden Retriever or trying out new coffee shops around the city.
